Leadership Wellbeing Coaching
The complexity and range of demands on modern executives and leaders has been steadily increasing for many years.
Deloitte’s Insights 2022 survey of 1050 C-Suite leaders across US, UK, Canada and Australia revealed:
*86% of executives said they’d welcome some type of wellbeing support
*82% reported they would be more likely to stay with their company if it better supported their wellbeing
*70% said they are considering quitting their role for one that better supports their wellbeing
*40% reported feeling overwhelmed
*30% reported feeling lonely and
*26% indicated they were depressed.

In addition to the above insights, Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey (GLWS) data reveals that from a group of 6,700+ leaders/executives who have completed the GLWS wellbeing assessment, 34% were either Struggling, Languishing or were Unwell. That’s over a third of all leaders! And that figure has increase by approximately 30% since before COVID. Meaning in the “post-COVID” context, only 13% of leaders assess they are thriving.
