How are the coaching and mental health & wellbeing services structured?
Elemental CP provides a tailored approach to service structure. Services can be provided via packages of an agreed number of sessions e.g. up to 6 sessions, or via unlimited access for an agreed duration of time e.g. for 3 or 6 months. Whatever is the preference for the executive / leader and best meets the needs of the executive/leader’s circumstances and goals.
Services to leaders and executives from organisations where Elemental CP has been retained by their organisation at an enterprise level have unlimited access to Elemental CP support.
Are services provided face to face or virtually?
Most services are provided virtually, however this can be negotiated depending upon location and personal preferences.
How confidential are the services?
Elemental CP psychologists are bound to adhere to the Australian Psychological Society Code of Ethics. This requires that all information obtained in the course of providing the psychological service remains confidential unless:
- The client has provided consent for information disclosure
- There is a legal obligation to do so eg subpoena
- There is immediate and specified risk of harm that can only be averted by disclosing information
There is full transparency and agreement about any information disclosure to an executive/leader’s organisation.
Are coaching and mental health services covered by Medicare or health insurance?
Elemental CP provides services direct to organisations or individuals. The services are provided separate from the Australian public and private health insurance schemes.
