Workplace Mental Health

Strategic Advisory

Bring a fresh perspective to your organisation’s workplace mental health & wellbeing strategy and offering. Despite 80% of executives claiming that workplace wellbeing was their top priority, Deloitte’s 2020 Human Capital Trends report found that nearly 90% of employees felt their work life was getting worse. This study was conducted in collaboration with Harvard Business Review. While Gallop (2022) and PwC Australia (2021) research both reveal that “better wellbeing” is the second most valued element an organisation can provide to their workforce, second only to pay and renumeration.
